Sis's Shoe is first found in the middle of the School during Chapter 2. However, the Human-Faced Dog steals it and take it to the Incinerator area. Once the Protagonist sent the Spirit away with a Wet Bone, she was able to retrieve her sister's shoe and complete Chapter 2.
